In-stock rings usually require 3–4 business days for engraving, packing and shipment. Non-customized items may be returned within 14 days when eligible under our refund policy.
Seasonal demand can extend processing times.
Custom orders are final after the digital mockup is approved. Review the proof carefully before sign-off; production starts only after approval.
Inspect your order when it arrives. If it is defective, damaged or incorrect, contact us promptly so the issue can be reviewed and resolved.
